About the Role
The Ekurhuleni: Inventory and Cost Controller role is a critical position that requires an experienced professional to manage warehouse stock, implement company policies, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading factory staff, communicating effectively, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse stock and ensure accurate stock movements.
- Issue production job cards according to BOM and daily plans.
- Reconcile materials, manage waste adjustments, and transfer stock between locations.
- Support monthly stock counts and generate stock movement/value reports.
- Provide leadership to factory staff and assist with stock counts in other units.
- Communicate and implement company policies, safety, and ISO 9001 compliance.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Grade 12 National Diploma / B-Tech or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management.
- Minimum 2 years in a production/quality coordinator role.
- ISO 9001 knowledge required.
