Adaptability to operational changes and overtime. Responsibilities: Conduct investigations, disciplinary hearings, and attend CCMA cases. Oversee housekeeping and enforce safety and housekeeping programs. Monitor, train, and manage employee performance to ensure targets are met. Supervise daily operations and ensure team productivity and time management. Enforce standard processes, procedures, and management instructions. Prevent and manage shrinkage, damages, and departmental expenses (e.g., overtime). Oversee logistics, stock control, and inventory management, including stocktake preparation. Ensure stock levels align with demand and collaborate with finance on orders. Develop inventory control models to reduce costs, shorten lead times, and optimize stock levels. Ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Supervise warehouse maintenance and stock arrangement. Manage drivers and optimize delivery routes. Conduct daily cycle counts. Drive continuous improvement through strategy, policy, and practice development.
