About the Role
The main purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service at the point of sale, thereby maximising selling opportunities and minimising risk to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting the customer
- Ringing up purchases and accepting payments
- Issuing accurate receipts
- Balancing the till
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Proficient in English
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Helpful and polite nature
- Basic computer skills
