Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the planning and execution of resident support plans and ensure all residents receive optimal care.
- Perform the required nursing procedures within the scope of an Enrolled Nurse Assistant.
- Execute duties under the direct and indirect supervision of the Quality Care Manager as per operational requirements and report any challenges encountered.
- Support shift leaders with clinical responsibilities whilst maintaining administrative records and managing stock control.
- Assist with serving meals and monitor the residents’ consumption thereof, ensuring that any special dietary needs are met.
- Maintain the confidentiality of diagnosis, treatment, residents, families and all matters pertaining to the facility
Requirements:
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary
- Proven work experience of 2 plus years in a similar role with great flexibility to work shifts.
- Fully bilingual and both written and verbal acumen.
