About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking customer service representative to join our team in eThekwini, South Africa. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. If you possess strong proficiency in German and excellent communication skills in both languages, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in both German and English
• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer complaints
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company updates
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements

• Matriculation certificate
• Fluency in both German and English
• Willingness to work in an office environment and, if necessary, relocate (relocation expenses are not covered by the company)
• Open to recent school leavers
• Availability to work between 09:00 and 00:00

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary ranging from R23,000 to R25,000 – Shift allowance – Subsidised transport (provided if residing within 35 km) – Medical aid or medical insurance – Provident fund (employer contribution of 2.5% and employee contribution of 2.5%)
