About the Role
A Luxury Retail Store Manager is sought for an international confectionary and lifestyle brand’s new store in Ballito, requiring a candidate with 2-4 years of managerial experience in high-end retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the store to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
- Take full accountability for store operations and make informed decisions
- Motivate and manage staff to ensure excellent customer experiences
Requirements
- Grade 12
- 2-4 years managerial experience in high-end retail
- Strong staff management and motivational skills
- Ability to work retail hours as per client’s requirements
