About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our new luxury retail store in Ballito, Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff supervision
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on brand trends
Requirements
- Grade 12
- 2-4 years managerial experience in high-end retail
- Strong staff management and motivational skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours
