About the Role
A leading private hospital in Durban is seeking an experienced Unit Manager for the Maternity and NICU units. The successful candidate will oversee both units, ensuring high standards of maternal and neonatal care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee both Maternity and NICU units to ensure high standards of maternal and neonatal care.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve unit goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for clinical governance and quality improvement.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with SANC Post basic qualification in Midwifery and/or Neonatal Nursing
- 5 years experience in Maternity/NICU
- 3 years management experience
- Strong leadership and clinical governance skills
