⭐ URGENT VACANCY – Franschhoek ✨ Assistant Hotel Manager – Luxury Winelands Hotel ➡️ Live-out role | R30,000 – R35,000 DOE | Excellent benefits Kendrick Recruitment is urgently recruiting an organised, confident Assistant Hotel Manager for a luxury hospitality brand in the Franschhoek Valley. The successful candidate will support the Hotel Manager in driving service excellence, operational delivery, and staff development. Key Responsibilities • Assist in overseeing hotel operations across Rooms Division, service departments, and guest experience • Manage duty shifts, leadership presence, staff coordination and cross-department liaison • Support guest hosting, complaint handling, VIP management, reporting and service recovery • Assist with budgeting, controls, SOPs, compliance and performance tracking • Train, guide and motivate staff to uphold luxury standards Requirements • Previous Assistant Manager, Senior Duty Manager or Front Office Manager experience in a luxury setting – essential • Strong leadership and guest engagement capability • Excellent organisational skills, solution-driven and professional • Knowledge of hospitality systems, SOPs, controls and quality assurance • Winelands based or willing to relocate Package • Salary: R30,000 – R35,000 DOE • 50% Medical Aid contribution • 3% Provident Fund • Annual increases and bonuses • Subsidised staff transport available on Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch and Wellington routes • Live-out role (no accommodation provided) To Apply Please submit your CV, references, and recent head & shoulders photograph ASAP.
