Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a professional and personable Guest Assistant for a prestigious luxury wine estate based in the heart of Franschhoek. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and delivering a five-star guest experience in a high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests on arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
-
Provide concierge-style support, assisting with reservations, transport, and activity planning
-
Ensure smooth day-to-day guest relations across the estate
-
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure exceptional service delivery
-
Support front office operations including check-ins and check-outs
-
Liaise with various departments to ensure guest needs are anticipated and met
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality role
-
Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
-
Professional presentation and attention to detail
-
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
-
Knowledge of the local area and surrounding attractions beneficial
-
Own transport preferred due to live-out nature of the role
