About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Houseman to join our team at a prestigious Luxury Wine Estate in Franschhoek. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily maintenance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met with a high level of service.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to ensure all areas are in excellent condition.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role in a hospitality environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and maintenance standards. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
