About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Houseman to join our team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Franschhoek. As a Houseman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and an immaculate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily maintenance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met with a high level of service.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to ensure all areas are in excellent condition.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R6,000 – R6,500 negotiable DOE
