About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to join our world-class hospitality brand, where excellence is not negotiable. As a pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards across both Maintenance and Farm operations, contributing directly to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and seamless environment for guests
- Lead and manage Maintenance and Farm teams to deliver exceptional standards
- Oversee projects, contractors, and supplier relationships
- Implement and manage preventative and planned maintenance schedules
- Monitor and control departmental budgets, driving cost efficiency without compromising quality
Requirements
- Matric Mechanical/Electrical qualification or recognised trade certification
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience within a hospitality environment with a strong guest focus
- Strong leadership, delegation, and decision-making ability
- Financial acumen with budget management experience
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent in Afrikaans (essential) with excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Valid South African driver’s licence
