About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Handyman for a luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, skilled individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards within a beautiful estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General maintenance and repairs across estate buildings and facilities
- Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting duties
- Upkeep of gardens, grounds, and outdoor areas where required
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure all areas of the estate are maintained to a high standard
Requirements
- Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role (hospitality/estate experience advantageous)
- Strong all-round repair and maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Practical, hands-on approach with attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking attitude

Salary & Benefits
R8,000 – R9,000 per annum (dependent on experience), live-out position available.
