A well established company is seeking an HR & Compliance Administrator and a fully compliant B2B firearms and accessories distributor . Qualification: · 5 years in HR operations, compliance, or regulated industry administration (banking, insurance, legal, or firearms preferred) · Demonstrated experience maintaining leave registers, employment record-keeping, and statutory compliance · Proven ability to build and maintain audit trails and documentation systems · Comfortable with regulatory or legal environments; understands why procedures matter · Intermediate Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Word, and Google Suite proficiency · South African labour law awareness (BCEA, LRA, CCMA basics) or strong willingness to upskill quickly Computer Systems: Intermediate Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Word, and Google Suite proficiency South African labour law awareness (BCEA, LRA, CCMA basics) or strong willingness to upskill quickly Duties: Monthly dealer licence audits, spot checks, risk log maintenance, and follow-ups. Build the audit trail documentation that protects the Company from regulatory exposure. This is non-negotiable . Leave administration, onboarding, performance management timelines, employee relations, and statutory compliance (UIF, COIDA). Maintain the documentation discipline that protects the Company from labour law exposure. Contract management, fine tracking, and adhoc departmental support. This is the catch-all that gets done when compliance and HR are quiet. This role will set the compliance and HR systems foundation for the Company. You will report directly to the CEO, have clear visibility of results.
