Porter / Driver – Luxury Wine Estate | Franschhoek Salary: R7,800 – R8,500 (Negotiable DOE) | Live-Out Position Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and professional Porter / Driver to join the team at a prestigious luxury wine estate in the heart of Franschhoek. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is service-orientated, takes pride in presentation, and enjoys being part of a high-end hospitality experience. Key Responsibilities: Transport guests and staff in a safe, professional, and courteous manner Handle luggage and assist guests upon arrival and departure Ensure vehicles are always clean, fueled, and well-maintained Perform occasional delivery and collection duties Assist with errands and ad-hoc operational duties as needed Support the front-of-house team with guest service when required Requirements: Valid South African driver’s license with a clean driving record Previous experience in a similar hospitality role (luxury environment preferred) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Immaculate personal grooming and a professional, friendly demeanour Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Must reside in or around the Franschhoek area or be willing to relocate at own expense This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences and thrives in a sophisticated, high-paced environment.
