The estate is searching for a confident and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to join their vibrant Food and Beverage Team ? What the role involves: Overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a smooth service flow Leading, motivating and supporting the front of house team Upholding top tier service standards and guest satisfaction Assisting with training, stock control, reservations and floor coordination Working closely with management to enhance the overall dining experience Whats needed: A relevant hospitality qualification or similar Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high end restaurant Excellent communication and team leadership skills Strong organisational ability and a keen eye for detail A professional, guest focused approach with a warm personality ?
