This role is essential in managing reconciliations, financial processing, and supporting the broader finance and administrative department. The successful candidate must be self-driven, deadline-focused, and able to take full ownership of their responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Location: Menlo Park, Pretoria Salary: R25 000 per month Working Hours: Monday Thursday 08:30 17:00; Friday 08:30 15:00 Available Positions: 1 Start Date: As soon as possible Key Responsibilities: · Prepare and distribute monthly reconciliation statements to Landlords and JV Partners regarding billboard performance. · Process transactions in XERO, including bulk imports via CSV files. · Capture and reconcile petty cash transactions in XERO. · Process bank statements and complete bank reconciliations in XERO. · Process salaries on SageOne. · Update and distribute electricity consumption reconciliations. · Submit statutory tax (EMP201) on SARS eFiling and prepare for payment. · Reconcile insurance schedules and import into XERO. · Prepare query schedules and supporting documentation. · Create new billboard projects and maintain data integrity in XERO (account numbers, names, updates). · Assist other accountants within the department. · Support financial and administrative functions as required. Job Requirements: · Matric. · Bookkeeping-related qualification. · Minimum 10 years relevant experience, preferably within an accounting practice. · Strong reconciliation experience. · Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. · XERO experience is essential.
