Job Summary

Are you mechanically and technically astute with expertise in automation software? Then this role is for you.

Requirements:

Education:

  1. Diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial automation or a similar role.
  3. Hands-on expertise in Siemens and Beckhoff systems.
  4. Knowledge of industrial drive systems and troubleshooting hybrid mechanical and automation issues.
  5. Certifications : Millwright

Key Skills:

  1. Automation Software Proficiency:
    1. Expertise in Siemens and Beckhoff platforms.
    2. Advanced troubleshooting skills in PLCs, SCADA, and motion control systems.
  2. Drive System Knowledge:
    1. Strong understanding of servo drives, VFDs, and communication protocols (PROFINET, EtherCAT, Modbus).
  3. Basic Mechanical Knowledge:
    1. Familiarity with mechanical components and their integration with automation systems.
  4. Communication:
    1. Excellent customer service skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
    2. Fluent in English
  5. Problem-Solving:
    1. Capable of diagnosing and resolving multidisciplinary issues quickly and efficiently.

 Additional

Requirements:

  1. Willingness to work flexible hours to support customer needs.
  2. Occasional travel to customer sites or HQ in Italy for training and support.
