The company aims to quickly scale its operations by implementing strategic support systems and hiring the right administrative and intake talent. Responsibilities: Lead Intake & Outreach: Call new leads (parents/families) and onboard them into ABA therapy services Explain services and convert inquiries into active clients Follow up consistently until enrollment Handle inbound and outbound calls Relationship Building: Contact doctor offices and referral sources Get the company listed as a provider Maintain ongoing follow-ups with referral partners Build long-term relationships with families and providers Recruiting Support: Join and eventually conduct interviews for technicians (staff) Offer positions to candidates after successful interviews General Front-Office Operations: Act as the front face of the company Manage customer conversations throughout the day Track progress from lead onboarding continuation Potential future leadership of additional outreach staff Requirements: Strong communication skills Sales-oriented mindset Relationship-building ability Proactive & self-directed Ownership mentality Follow-up discipline Confident and persistent&Outgoing and extroverted Able to handle rejection and continue outreach Healthcare or service coordination exposure (preferred, not required) BPO sales or outreach background (preferred, not required) Schedule is Monday-Friday 9:30am – 6:30pm EST To proceed with your application, please fill out this form:
