About the Role
Anchora, a Utah-based provider of ABA therapy services, is seeking a Client & Provider Relations Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in scaling the company’s operations by implementing strategic support systems and hiring the right administrative and intake talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Intake & Outreach: Call new leads (parents/families) and onboard them into ABA therapy services
- Explain services and convert inquiries into active clients
- Follow up consistently until enrollment
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Relationship Building: Contact doctor offices and referral sources to get the company listed as a provider
- Maintain ongoing follow-ups with referral partners
- Build long-term relationships with families and providers
- Recruiting Support: Join and eventually conduct interviews for technicians (staff)
- Offer positions to candidates after successful interviews
- General Front-Office Operations: Act as the front face of the company, manage customer conversations throughout the day
