What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- End-to-end planning and management of cross-border road freight movements
- Deep involvement in customs compliance, border processes, documentation, and fees
- Accurate costing and margin control for cross-border operations
- Coordinating drivers and working closely with fleet controllers
- Monitoring deliveries, managing exceptions, and ensuring service excellence
- Leading and supporting a small operational team in a high-accountability environment
What We’re Looking For:
- BCom in Logistics / Supply Chain (essential)
- 4–5 years’ experience in cross-border logistics (road freight)
- 1–2 years’ people management experience
- Strong working knowledge of Southern African border posts and customs regulations
- Solid planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple moving parts
- Exposure to systems such as Korridor (advantageous)
