ADMINISTRATOR/ SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVEWe are a fast-growing cryptocurrency exchange building a secure and user-friendly trading environment for South African customers. To support our expanding client base, we are seeking a Crypto Site Administrator / Support Representative to deliver exceptional customer support and ensure smooth platform operations.This role requires a mix of customer service, technical problem-solving, and compliance awareness, making you a vital first point of contact for our users.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality customer support primarily via web-based tickets, live chat, and email.Process customer financial and identification information in a professional, accurate, and compliant manner (aligned with FIC and FSCA requirements).Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating priority matters to relevant teams when needed.Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Tech) to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.Provide clear, empathetic explanations of crypto-related processes (wallets, deposits, withdrawals, security, etc.) to clients of varying technical backgrounds.Maintain accurate support logs and contribute to knowledge base articles / FAQs for common issues.Monitor platform activity and report unusual behavior, potential fraud, or suspicious activity to the Compliance Officer.Stay up to date with new platform features, blockchain developments, and crypto regulate.
