Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and optimize ERP modules while maintaining a unified system template
- Enhance supply chain performance across ERP and procurement platforms
- Manage interfaces between Oracle Fusion and Coupa
- Conduct user and super-user training; maintain training materials
- Identify and implement system improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with external support teams for third-tier support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT relevant field
- Formal training in Oracle Fusion
- 3+ years’ experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementations
- 2+ years’ experience in Coupa administration
- Experience in JDE distribution module
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and ERP process mapping
- Exposure to business systems outside ERP (e.g., mining or plant processing)
