About the Role

Our client, a multi-industry enterprise with operations across Southern Africa and internationally, is seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to join their team. Key Responsibilities

Support and optimize ERP modules while maintaining a unified system template
Enhance supply chain performance across ERP and procurement platforms
Manage interfaces between Oracle Fusion and Coupa
Conduct user and super-user training; maintain training materials
Identify and implement system improvement initiatives
Collaborate with external support teams for third-tier support

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in an IT relevant field
Formal training in Oracle Fusion
3+ years’ experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation
2+ years’ experience in Coupa administration
Experience in the JDE distribution module
Strong understanding of supply chain management and ERP process mapping
Exposure to business systems outside ERP (e.g., mining or plant processing)
