• Qualification: Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with a valid certificate from SAICA
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• Deadline driven.
• Be open to take on ad hoc tasks as required

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership
Financial Management & Reporting

• Full accounting function of the group entities
• Assisting with the preparation of the financial statements
• Work closely with the internal and external auditors.
• Assisting with the preparation of the management accounts
• Invoicing.
• All calculations and submissions to SARS (VAT, PAYE, Tax)
• Handling the payment of commissions to brokers and sending of statements
• Preparation of daily payment runs
• Assisting the FD/CFO with all regulatory reporting
• Preparation of documents required for meetings of the board and committees.

 
 
 
Treasury & Risk Management

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
• Ensure adequate insurance coverage and risk mitigation measures
