About the Role
As an Industrial Engineer at Recruitpro Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing industrial engineering projects from planning through to execution and post-project evaluation. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and risk assessment throughout project lifecycles. Your primary goal will be to identify opportunities for internal process improvement, develop and implement practical solutions, and monitor implementation progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee industrial engineering projects from planning through to execution and post-project evaluation
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycles
- Identify and document opportunities for internal process improvement
- Develop and implement practical and innovative remedial solutions
- Monitor implementation progress and adjust strategies based on measurable outcomes
- Perform detailed data analysis to align KPIs with project objectives
- Generate meaningful performance insights to improve efficiency and productivity
- Validate data integrity and ensure reporting accuracy
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Develop dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools
- Support Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives
- Adapt to project-specific requirements across multiple industrial sectors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial engineering
- Proven project management experience
- Exposure to multi-sector industrial environments such as FMCG, Mining, Water or Manufacturing
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship capability
