Job Summary
Qualifications and Experience:
– Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
– In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws (LRA, BCEA, etc.)
– Experience dealing with the CCMA, bargaining councils, and unions
– Proven track record in managing complex disciplinary processes and investigations
– Experience in mediation, conflict resolution, and proactive problem-solving
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
