About the Role

The Internal Recruiter – Hybrid role at Manpower Group is a critical position responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing effective sourcing strategies, and building strong relationships with client hiring managers and HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through to offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBP’s to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple disciplines and levels.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial telephonic and video interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates efficiently.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ proven experience as a Recruiter in an agency, RPO, or high-volume corporate environment (Essential)
  • End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple disciplines and seniority levels
  • High-volume recruitment experience – ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Experience working on client-facing projects or embedded recruitment models (highly advantageous)
  • Multinational or corporate environment experience (advantageous)
