Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling internal sales inquiries, improving sales processes, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle internal sales inquiries and provide support to customers
Assist with improving internal sales processes and systems
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
Technically minded, with the ability to understand and communicate technical information
Computer literate and capable of improving systems and procedures
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferably a non-smoker
Must reside in the East Rand
Knowledge of hunting equipment will be an advantage

Qualifications

Previous experience in internal sales, technical sales, or a related role
Familiarity with ERPNext
Technical/engineering background is a plus
