Job Description
- Collecting and signing Batch Manufacturing Records
- Create, release and closure of SAP process orders
- Check and Verify Batch Manufacturing Records reconciliations balance prior to close process order in SAP
- Communicate any batch reconciliation errors to Production Pharmacists
- Communicate production updates and errors to Manager on regular basis
- Production Stock Replenishment – Create Transfer Orders for Warehouse picking of raw materials, primary and secondary packaging as per batch manufactured, daily
- Update Raw material tracking schedule
- Update WIP tracker with finished goods
- Provide Financial analysis and support to management
- Create, maintain and update BOM’s & Recipes on the accounting system (ERP: SAP)
- Ensure compliance with internal controls
- Prepare product costing analysis
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Immediately report any defects in the building, equipment, or any other safety concern
Educational Qualifications and Professional Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Cost Accounting or Finance – this is essential
- Min 2 – 3 years’ production experience in a manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical / FMCG or chemical) – this is essential
- SAP Manufacturing Module experience is essential
- Microsoft Office (excel, word)
- Ability to interpret and execute SOP’s and work instructions
- Command of the English language – written and spoken
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team
