About the Company:

A dynamic and growing business specialising in packaging solutions. The company prides itself on professionalism, accuracy, and providing excellent service to clients. A motivated Junior Bookkeeper is required to join the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping functions
• Capture and reconcile bank statements and bond accounts
• Process supplier invoices and payments
• Handle debtor and creditor reconciliations
• Prepare and issue rent invoices for shopping centres
• Manage petty cash and general administrative filing
• Assist with month-end procedures, including VAT and PAYE reconciliations
• Process payroll for approximately 15 staff using QuickBooks Payroll
• Generate management reports in Excel
• Communicate with clients regarding invoicing and monthly approvals
• Download and send municipal and other expense accounts for approval

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ bookkeeping experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Accounting and Payroll (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
