Job Description
- Capture and process supplier invoices, including print materials, consumables, and outsourced services
- Reconcile creditor accounts and resolve discrepancies timeously
- Capture customer invoices and ensure accurate billing for print and branding jobs
- Assist with debtor account follow-ups and statement distribution
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process petty cash and branch-related expenses
- Maintain accurate filing of financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
- Support VAT calculations and submissions where applicable
- Liaise with internal sales, production teams, and external suppliers regarding billing and payments
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies, procedures, and controls
