• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects advantageous)
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital-first design
• Portfolio demonstrating design ability (student work accepted)
• Basic video editing skills are an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in visual storytelling
• Ability to receive feedback and work well within a team
• Positive, teachable attitude with a willingness to learn
