SAP knowledge (will be advantage as we access Astron`s SAP system for order retrieval etc) Proteus knowledge (will be advantage for order tracking) Microsoft (Outlook, Excell and Word) experience required. Client Services orientated (Internal and External) Excellent communication skills (e-mail and telephonically, There will constant communication with Astron daily) Problem solver (Investigate and feedback to Astron on order and delivery queries) Assist with weekly Astron KPI`s in conjunction with myself. Able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
