• Scheduling of officers and marking of the attendance register.
• Planning, Organizing, leading, control and supervision
• Ensuring that all officers are on site to cover shortages
• Laise with clients and handle all internal queries
• Implementing ISO procedures and Health and Safety standards
• Adhering to disciplinary procedures
• Rendering a comprehensive pro-active security service
• Risk Analysing skills will be an advantage

 
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
 

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• PSIRA Certification-Grade B
• Code 10 Drivers Licence and valid PDP
• Experience would be advantageous
• Firearm competency for handguns and shotguns
• The ability to communicate and present at all levels and work under pressure
• Bilingual (English and any other South African language)
• Excellent Client liaison and administration skills
• Sound Communication Skills (written and verbal communication)
• Willing to work long hours
• Clean disciplinary and criminal record
