Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities
Administrative support: Sales, Reports, Staff records, HR administration, meeting management and other administrative support as per nature of business.
Sales Administration: Assist with sales proposals, quotes and contracts, maintain database and follow up with prospective and existing clients
Communicaiton: Act as primary liaison between US based managers and local teams.
Any other administrative support duties as instructed by management to ensure smooth operations.
 

Requirements:

Business Administration or related qualification will be beneficial
Previous experience in an administrative role within the security industry will be very beneficial.
Previous experience (3 – 5 years in Similar role) administrative with operational responsibilities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft excel and world and outlook
Clear and professional English Communicaiton, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
MUST WORK NEW YORK BUSINESS HOURS (3pm – 12am local SA time) in Rivonia office and be available outside office hours for urgent matters.
 
Compensation:
Competitive Salary on display based on skills and experience all candidates will be required to provide current salary brackets for submission
