About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team as a remote worker. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, executing multichannel programmatic campaigns, and ensuring high-quality landing pages. You will also produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports, conduct quarterly deepdives on campaign performance, and lead ongoing reviews to identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Smart Display, YouTube, etc.)
- Execute multichannel programmatic campaigns, including daily DV360style bid management, pacing, and optimization
- Ensure correct campaign setup, spend allocation, and bidding strategy implementation aligned to budgets and performance goals
- Maintain strong CTRs, landing page quality, and conversion rates through continual refinement and testing
Requirements
- Strong background in paid search and display advertising
- Familiarity with major search engines and platforms (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.)
- Experience with content optimization and digital performance strategy
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or related field
