Job Summary
- Manage new and used vehicle stock levels accurately
- Maintain and update stock records and DMS entries
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system reports
- Liaise with sales, workshop, and finance departments to ensure accurate flow of vehicle stock
- Prepare stock-related documentation including GRV’s, stock invoices, and internal transfer notes
- Ensure proper vehicle licensing and registration processes are followed
- Identify and address stock variances or issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Proven dealership stock control experience (preferably with Mazda and/or Mahindra) in a dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle invoicing, stock take processes, and dealer management systems (DMS)
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Must be able to provide 3 months’ payslips with CV
- Motor Industry experience Essential!!
