Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and manage crypto asset transactions and blockchain-based financial flows
• Oversee full financial control of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Lead costing activities, product margin analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
• Prepare and review detailed plant performance reports for local and international stakeholders
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to align financial goals with production efficiency
• Ensure adherence to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and group-level compliance
• Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement in internal financial controls

 
Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a plant or manufacturing finance environment
• Solid exposure to costing, plant operations, and the manufacturing sector
• Experience working within a global or multinational organisation is highly advantageous

This international manufacturing business offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to step into a plant-focused leadership role. The position requires strong exposure to costing, factory operations, and international reporting standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiencies, ensuring accurate plant financials, and partnering closely with operations to support business growth.
Other duties include:

• Leading financial management and reporting at plant level
• Driving costing processes across the factory/plant
• Partnering with operations to identify efficiencies and improvements
• Ensuring compliance with international reporting and governance standards

Education:

• CA(SA) or CIMA completed

Job Experience & Skills required:

• 8 years’ experience, including 5 years within a plant/manufacturing environment
• Costing and plant finance exposure essential
• International business exposure required
• Strong operational and stakeholder engagement skills
