- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in dealing with people.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Three years experience in a similar role
Duties:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle cash customers and process transactions accurately.
- Manage purchase orders and assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel.
- Support the team with general office administration.
- Engage and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
