About the Role
MPRTC Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Kempton Park, Gauteng. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Capture data and perform administrative tasks as required
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English)
- Data capturing experience
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Professional, confident, and proactive approach
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment
