About the Role
ESG Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Payroll Administrator to join our team in Gauteng. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Welcome and assist visitors
- General reception and administrative duties
- Maintain employee records and Timesheets (payroll admin)
- Assist with HR documentation and filing
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
