Key Responsibilities: 
– Lead and coordinate the execution of product qualification testing with support from a team of technicians. 
– Draft qualification test procedures aligned with relevant environmental and performance standards (e.g. DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704). 
– Manage test infrastructure readiness and liaise with internal engineering teams and external testing facilities. 
– Conduct and oversee testing activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete data capture.
– Analyse test results, perform root cause analysis where required, and provide engineering feedback to design teams. 
– Compile detailed qualification test reports for formal review and sign-off. 
– Support continuous improvement in testing methodologies, tools, and team performance. 
– Willingness to travel for off-site testing when necessary. 
 
Candidate requirements: 
Qualifications: 
– BEng or BTech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering 

Experience: 
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant testing, reliability, or qualification environment 

Technical Skills: 
– Solid understanding of electronic engineering principles 
– Hands-on knowledge of environmental and functional qualification testing methodologies 
– Familiarity with standards such as DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704 
– Proficiency in interpreting and applying test procedures, reports, and specifications Soft Skills: 
– Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking 
– Team player with a positive, “get-the-job-done” attitude 
– Effective communication skills 
– Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple testing cycles concurrently
