About the Role
We are seeking Native Spanish Sales Agents from Colombia, Argentina and Venezuela to join our client’s E-Commerce team. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting the expansion of their customer base and sales operations. You will work closely with your area supervisor to manage daily tasks effectively and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Order Processing
- Collect customer information following the questionnaire
- Present products based on individual customer benefits
- Address customer objections
- Handle additional objections
- Process orders
- Complete training within the required time frame (1 niche / 4 days)
- Order Form Management
- Collect information based on the questionnaire
- Enter customer details, delivery address, and order information
- Submit the form for moderation if software issues arise
- Customer Feedback Handling
- Analyse customer feedback and determine the appropriate course of action
- Provide customer consultations
- Forward relevant information to the responsible team member
- Dialogue Evaluation
- Analyse and evaluate conversations with customers
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker
- Computer literacy
- Access to a PC or Laptop
- Wired LAN internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps or 5G)
- Headset with microphone (overâtheâhead or headband style)
- Nice to Have: English level B2 (not mandatory)

Salary & Benefits
- Hourly rate:
- Colombia: $10,357.14 COP/hour
- Argentina: 3 EUR/hour
- Venezuela: 1.8 EUR/hour
- Approximate daily earnings (7 hours/day):
- Colombia: $1,450,000 COP
- Argentina: 21 EUR
- Venezuela: 12.6 EUR
- Bonus for unofficial contract:
- Colombia: $378,000 COP
- Argentina: 180 USD
- Venezuela: 180 USD
- Commissions: 2% of purchased item Paid in crypto , based on the days exchange rate
- Fixed salary commissions (rate is indicative; we want to understand your expectations)
