About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Reservations Manager to lead our revenue optimisation efforts at Craven Cottage CC in Gauteng. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth while maintaining the exclusivity and luxury experience that our guests have come to expect from us.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue optimisation and yield management strategies
- Rate integrity and channel performance analysis
- Forecasting, budgeting, and occupancy planning
- OTA and direct booking performance analysis
- Pre-arrival guest communication excellence
- CRM and database optimisation
- Maximise revenue without compromising exclusivity
- Enhance the digital guest journey from enquiry to arrival
- Drive direct bookings and strategic upselling
- Align reservations strategy with marketing and operations
- Turn data into decision-making power
Requirements
- Grade 12
- A formal hospitality qualification
- At least 5+ years proven luxury hospitality reservations experience
- Strong understanding of RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy drivers
- Analytical thinker with commercial acumen
- Systems proficiency (PMS & channel managers)
- Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
- A proactive mindset focused on profitability growth
