Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- 2-3 years in a sales or technical sales role
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and applications
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
DUTIES
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to close deals
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and regularly update the CRM with sales activities and progress
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Provide regular follow-ups and proactive support to existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical insights and product knowledge to optimize their purchasing decisions
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and handle objections professionally and efficiently
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services
- Educate customers on product benefits, features, and technical specifications
- Provide on-site product demonstrations and training as needed
