Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in the mining, metals, or natural resources industry to join our team at Opensource. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex ERP replacement projects, including S/4HANA implementations, and providing expertise on SAP Finance, Supply Chain, and Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project management of a S/4 complex implementation
- Lead previous involvement in ERP replacement projects from non-SAP to SAP
- Coordinate experience in global SAP business process template-based projects
- Apply solid knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain (MM / SD) and Asset Management / Maintenance (PM / EAM)
- Provide strong experience in the mining, metals, or natural resources industry
- Work from Africa or remote site locations
- Utilize SAP-related certifications (e.g., SAP PM, Activate, PMP, PRINCE2)
Requirements
- Project management of a S/4 complex implementation
- Previous involvement in ERP replacement projects from non-SAP to SAP
- Experience in global SAP business process template-based projects
- Solid knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain (MM / SD) and Asset Management / Maintenance (PM / EAM)
- Strong experience in the mining, metals, or natural resources industry
- Experience working in Africa or remote site locations
