Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Programming or related field
- Relevant work experience will be considered
Experience Required
- 15+ years’ experience as a Microsoft .NET Developer
- 4+ years’ experience in AI and Machine Learning development
- Proven experience working with Microsoft-based AI technologies and frameworks
Key Competencies
Microsoft Stack & Web Development
- Strong programming experience in C#, Python, VB.NET, or JavaScript
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Core (Web APIs, MVC, Blazor, Razor Pages)
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies
- Experience with Microsoft AI frameworks and AI integration
- Exposure to Power Platform (AI Studio, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) advantageous
Data & Integration
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and Vector Databases
- Experience with Entity Framework, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Key Responsibilities
- AI Solution Development: Translate business requirements into scalable AI and automation solutions using Microsoft technologies (Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, AI Foundry)
- Integration: Integrate AI models into existing systems ensuring seamless performance
- Development: Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable code with unit testing
- System Support: Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes
- Data Solutions: Implement RAG, semantic, and data-driven AI solutions
- Workflow Automation: Build AI-driven workflows, chatbots, and custom agents
- Optimisation: Monitor and enhance performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of AI solutions
- Technical Leadership: Mentor team members and guide best practices
- Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation
