About the Role
Job Masters (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Remuneration Officer to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our payroll and benefits team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our executives’ salaries, medical aid, and other benefits are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all salaries input and monthly wages using VIP
- Query excessive overtime, Business km travel claims, or any deductions relating to renting a vehicle
- Ensure all earnings and deductions are authorized by the BU Manager
- Update pay points on a monthly basis and ensure salary increases are correctly processed on VIP
- Meet deadlines for payroll processing and CTC capture on VIP
- Capture Perks Tax and Salvage Loans accurately on VIP
- Manage medical aid billing for Discovery, Xelus, and Sizwe using VIP
- Ensure all new members and dependents are captured on VIP
- Process terminations pro-rata EE and ER contributions on VIP
- Reconcile Provident Fund schedules back to VIP reports monthly
- Submit Garnishee Order, Union, Bargaining Council, SARS, UIF, Skills, Social Security, and VET payments to the Finance department before the sixth of every month for payment
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Completion of a VIP Course | MS Excel proficiency
- At least 3 years’ experience working with the NBCRFLI Council or similar
- Experience working with both blue and white collar workforces in excess of 2,000 employees
