About the Role

The Senior Remuneration Officer role at Job Masters (Pty) Ltd requires a highly skilled professional to manage payroll, medical aid, and other third-party payments for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in VIP administration, MS Excel proficiency, and knowledge of the NBCRFLI Council.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of all salaries input and the monthly wages.
  • Ensuring excessive overtime, Business km travel claims or any deductions relating to renting of a vehicle are queried.
  • Verifying that all earnings and deductions are authorized by the BU Manager.
  • Updating Pay points on a monthly basis and ensuring Salary Increases are correctly processed on VIP.
  • Meeting deadlines and ensuring CTC are correctly captured on VIP.
  • Ensuring Perks Tax is correctly captured on VIP as and when applicable.
  • Processing Salvage Loans.
  • Managing Medical Aid billing for Discovery, Xelus, and Sizwe.
  • Capturing new members and dependents on VIP.
  • Processing terminations on VIP (pro-rata EE and ER contributions).
  • Submitting Garnishee Order, Union, Bargaining Council, SARS, UIF, Skills, Social Security, and VET payments to the Finance department before the sixth of every month for payment.
  • Communicating schedules to Third Parties to ensure payment distribution is correct.

Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • VIP Course | MS Excel proficiency.
  • At least 3 years’ VIP experience.
  • Experience working with the NBCRFLI Council or similar.
  • Experience working with both a blue and white collar workforce in excess of 2,000.
