About the Role
Hyundai Alberton is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and managing the service needs of our clients’ vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and listen to their service needs
- Schedule appointments and communicate service expectations with customers
- Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work
- Provide accurate estimates and quotes for service work
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle during the service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Upsell additional services to customers as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all service transactions
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and their service requirements preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
