About the Role

Hyundai Alberton is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and managing the service needs of our clients’ vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and listen to their service needs
  • Schedule appointments and communicate service expectations with customers
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work
  • Provide accurate estimates and quotes for service work
  • Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle during the service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
