About the Role
Bidvest Protea Coin is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our security services in Gauteng. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services while maintaining exceptional client relationships and adhering to our company’s policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Threat and Risk assessment;
- Client liaison and professional client relationship;
- Manpower Management;
- Equipment Management;
- Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints;
- Ensure that contractual requirements are met at all times;
- Incident and investigation management;
- Ensure compliance to the company’s disciplinary code;
- Initiating disciplinary hearings;
- Health & Safety and uniform management;
- Ensuring Security Officers problems that are reported are solved;
- Ensure that all company SOP’s are followed;
- Ensure BPC policies and procedures are followed at all times;
- After hour visits and standby duties;
- Liaison with local SAPS and Justice departments.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
- Relevant experience as an administrator;
- Sound communication skills (verbal and in writing);
- Bilingual (English and any other Soth African language);
- Good telephone etiquette;
- Previous experience in a similar position will be advantageous;
- MS Office proficient (excellent knowledge of Excel and Word);
- Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
- Own transport and accommodation.

- Accredited Firearm Training Certificates for handgun, shotgun, rifle;
