About the Role
Bidvest Protea Coin is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sites, ensuring profitability and compliance with contractual requirements. The successful candidate will provide security advice to clients, conduct quality assurance audits, and manage project timelines. They will also be responsible for maintaining the ISO 9001 quality system, managing staff, and dealing with client complaints.

- Experienced client liaison and professional client relationship

- Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints
- Ensure that the contractual requirements are met all the time
- Maintaining the ISO 9001 quality system
- Ensuring that all companies/Clients SOPs are followed
- Incident and Investigation Management
- Ensure compliance to the company’s disciplinary code
- Manage the smooth day-to-day running of the relevant site to ensure profitability
- Effective organization, supervision and staff management
- Client retention and maintaining customer service levels
- Training and development
- Audits and assessments
- Maintenance and safeguarding of company and client assets
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- PSIRA certification – Grade A
- Relevant experience in a managerial or similar position for at least 5 years
- Knowledge of methods and techniques of risk management, business impact analysis and counter measures
- Knowledge of tools and systems which provide access security control
