Reconcile bank statements and allocate payments to accounts
Handle account queries with suppliers and customers
Maintain accurate digital and hard copy financial records
Prepare and send monthly rental invoices and customer statements
Perform VAT reconciliations and manage month-end financial reporting
Review operational policies and ensure alignment with company objectives
Manage inventory levels and coordinate office equipment maintenance
Generate operational performance reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions
Skills & Experience:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficient in bookkeeping and accounting software
Knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Qualification:
Relevant tertiary qualification in bookkeeping, accounting, or operations management is advantageous
