Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, vetting, and reviewing contracts, SLAs, and MOUs
  • Conducting legal research and preparing opinions
  • Supporting litigation processes and coordinating with external attorneys
  • Assisting with policy development and legal compliance documentation
  • Providing general legal advisory support across the organisation
  • Supporting labour-related matters and internal legal processes
  • Maintaining legal and risk registers, and contributing to compliance tracking
  • Preparing reports and submissions for executive stakeholders

    Requirements: 
    Completed LLB Degree
    Admission as Attorney/Advocate
    3–5 years post admission experience in public sector
    Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, SLAs and MOUs, drafting legal opinions & policies.
